If you think magnesium and immediately think bowel movements then you've probably experienced magnesium citrate.  It helps your intestines pull water to enable easier bathroom visits and that's still the best way to eliminate toxins!

Magnesium Chloride Flakes

You don't have to be a scientist to mix up a great magnesium topical you just need some great ingredients!

These magnesium chloride flakes have a very strong desire to melt into your warm bath or any lotion that has water as one of the first few ingredients.  If you want to make a body or massage oil just dissolve some flakes in distilled water first and then add them to your favorite oils!

How much you add is a personal preference for sure.  An internet search will suggest 50:50 ratio but I found that to be a bit strong.  A tingle upon application signifies a deficiency but a burn is your body asking you to dial it down a bit.  You can always add more at any time!
